John "Mac" McEvoy resident yoga teacher at the Newcastle FWBO Centre was featured recently in the Newcastle Chronical. Having spent a life in a high stress business environment, Mac, discovered the stress busting effects of yoga in a holiday in Crete. Now he is a full-time yoga teacher and offering lunch-time taster sessions that he hops will attract other stressed out business people.
